Adobe Creative Cloud

Important!

  • While installing and licensing the software, you must be connected to the Internet. You must also connect to the internet once every 99 days to validate your subscription.
  • Administrator rights are required for local installation, unless you are using the Creative Cloud Packager to roll out the software.
  • Conventional licensed CS apps (TLP/CLP/Boxes) and Creative Cloud apps can be used simultaneously.
  • Please note that the administrator does not count as a licence user, unless he/she has been explicitly invited to participate in Creative Cloud as a user beforehand.
  • Participants in the Creative Cloud for teams are allowed to submit two individual support requests per licence per year to experts to resolve specific product or workflow issues.

Acrobat Perpetual

Upgrade Plan for a new version of Acrobat Perpetual as well as Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements in the CLP (Cumulative Licensing Program) and in the TLP (Transactional Licensing Program) is no longer available as of 12/01/2021.

There are currently no plans to release a new Acrobat perpetual version after Acrobat 2020.

For customers migrating from Perpetual to VIP (Value Incentive Plan), a special migration price applies under certain conditions. For information on current migration offers, please contact adobe@asknet.com.
